These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products from Cooka\u2019s World \u2013 Pet Services, Lda.<\/span><\/p>\n

To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on www.cookascookies.com <\/u>you must submit an online order, accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, Cookies Policy, the shipping and delivery costs and further shipping contributions required.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payments must be anticipated<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

An order will be considered submitted when Cooka\u2019s Cookies receives your order electronically and the order information has been verified as correct. Shipping and Delivery of the products<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The purchaser expressly agrees that Cooka\u2019s Cookies does not ship until payment has been received.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

After the payment, Cooka\u2019s Cookies will automatically process the order informing the purchaser of the order received and payment executed.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the order is confirmed, but the products are not readily available, Cooka\u2019s Cookies shall inform the client of the unavailability of the products and reserve the right to deliver the goods within a deadline agreed with Cooka\u2019s Cookies and the purchaser.<\/span><\/p>\n

If after this period, the goods have not been delivered to the customer, Cooka\u2019s Cookies will formally inform the client and justify the motive, and will agree with the purchaser one of the following options: purchaser agrees to wait for the delayed product, refund the amount paid in advance, issue a credit into the clients account.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main characteristics of each product are shown on site on each product page. The products offered for sale may not always exactly correspond to the real quality in terms of image and colors, due to the Internet browser or monitor used and some pictures can be only indicative.<\/span><\/p>\n

The total amount to be paid, which is indicated in the order confirmation, is the final price to pay, including all taxes and transportation costs.<\/span><\/p>\n
